Incredulities and Wonders

Incredulities, wonders, and spectacles, the destiny, faith, and fortune, or the coterie of concepts and thoughts, the essence, the core and the heart, affinities, empathies, and attractions, ties, links, and bonds, instigate opulence, occasions, fate and kismet, the waves, surfs, upsurges and trends, and the helm and rudder, entitle to, crenulate and prosper, to, stimulate and spread.
The beams, glows and glimmers, flickers, gleams and twinkles, to join and bind, to Kindle and ignite, the occurrences, occasions, the merge arose, the oath conferred, to stir and rouse, the motions and deeds, motivations, circumstances, statuses and surroundings, disinter and exhume jointly and collectively, to endure and sustain, to surpass and exceed.
Amalgamation, the blend; the gist and the kernel, the roots and cruxes, succumb and accede, parish and depart, only, the void abandon sea, the mill and mortar, a mix to incite, a joy to proceed, while, the wind bestows the blow; the light foresees the shadow.
The gaits, postures, styles and cores, not to setback, or absorb the shores, the shapes and forms, models and molds, entrench, engrain and embed, the pendulums smack, hurdles to blow, barriers impede, and snags to hinder, the tales to ponder, fables to muse, gusty horizons, does merge defenders, lights and flickers, are tuned to whoosh by, eager to stay, willing to survive.
Torrents, rivulets; melders, blends, and fusions, Solidifications, congealment, the agility and dexterity, and the eternity, perpetuity and permanency, to subsist and persist, elaborators and embellishers, embroiderers and adorners, snake and funnel, trudge and rush, and traipse and tramp.
Impulsive, unpredictable, and capricious poses and deportments, the anchors, presenters, announcers, scatter and disperse, or flung and fled, the sky is vast, the oceans pertain, the seagulls depict sole floating seeds, courage rides the whales, brevity, and gist, spirit, valor, mulling raging seas; audacity, mettle, revamp and refit—
When, orbits and circles, flinch and cringe, the circuits and courses, wince and cower, and, the ambits and ranges, wither and shrivel; the sun shall laughter, the mirth and glee, the rays to impose, shelter the flee, rising seas contrive, reward and furnish.
While, remnants, fragments, slivers, splinters, are hunted and dived, or rummaged and delved, terrains and vistas, landscapes and stands, prospects, panoramas, sceneries and sets, would bear the burdens, to toss open hands.
The steps, paces and marches, demand and insist, command and conceive, prevail and perceive, trek to rumble, the vibe to ramble, glare the rainbow, there are hidden deeds.

Themes & Interpretations
Incredulity as Gateway to Wonder
The poem’s radical proposition is that disbelief and astonishment are not opposites but collaborators. Doubt, fully inhabited and persisted through, transforms into its own species of awe. Naive acceptance yields only familiarity; the skepticism that refuses premature resolution is the only authentic road through which genuine wonder can emerge—not despite difficulty, but because of it.
The Alchemical Law of Dissolution
At the poem’s center, the mill and mortar grinds existing forms to their void and essence — “succumb and accede, parish and depart.” This is not destruction but prerequisite: nothing new can amalgamate until the old has been dissolved to its roots and cruxes. Joy does not avoid the grinding; it proceeds directly from it. Reduction to essence is the cost of genuine transformation.
Destiny as Perpetual Action
The poem consistently refuses to treat fate as a fixed decree received once and carried. Through imperatives to kindle, exhume, revamp, and refit, it insists that destiny is continuously earned — a practice of active persistence rather than a destination. Even eternity, perpetuity, and permanency must “subsist and persist.” The striving of the mortal walker participates in the deepest structure of existence itself.
The Laughing Sun: Instability as Occasion
When orbits flinch and circuits wince — when cosmic order itself falters — the poem’s response is not despair but laughter: the sun’s laughter that shelters the fleeing and furnishes the rising. Instability is not the failure of the cosmic order but the condition under which genuine courage and provision become both necessary and possible. The world’s unreliability is the very medium of authentic action.
Hidden Deeds at the Rainbow’s Edge
The poem refuses to end in arrival. The hidden deeds awaiting at the rainbow’s glare are not a reward for the journey but its revelation — the journey discloses not what has been accomplished but what remains to be done. The authentic destination of striving is always further striving. One does not observe the rainbow from a comfortable distance; one glares at it, with the full, unrelenting intensity of attention, until it yields what it conceals.
